Pros: This game made its debut on the PS1 and has been brought back on each subsequent game system ever since.  Not much has changed in Worms.  The weapons are very much the same, the control style hasn't budged.   This game has real class.
The Multiplayer aspect was always my favorite way to play this game hands down.  For the not so avid gamer this is the perfect breakthrough game for you.  With turn based strategy you don't have to worry about the enemy killing you while you decide what to do.  I have gotten relatives to pick up the controller for this game.  The new FPS games can be very intimidating for the not so inclined gamer.  Worms, spans generations and, can make a night of gaming fun for the whole family.

Cons: Although this game spans Generations, it lacks the average gamers need for content.  The single player challenge mode give the gamer something to work for, but I beat every challenge in two hours.  The two demensional graphics can be a turn off for some gamers as well.
This game is only available as down-loadable content on the Playstation network, which in a way, hides from the general public.  I think this game would be a smash hit with a slew of people, but due to the fact that it is stored in the PS3's online dungeon it may never have a chance to reach the spotlight.
The online rating system is broken also, which makes playing ranked games pointless in my opinion.

Final Word:

This game is very fun with friends or family.  I suggest purchasing this game if you have at least three people you can play this game with at home.  There is nothing better than throwing a holy grenade and watching worms scatter across the board in a spectacular explosion!
